My feeling on this is that Clarion Desktop should display blog posts that have something to do with Clarion.

Some blogs are entirely about Clarion, whereas others (like my own blog) are mostly about other topics.  What I've done (in the case of my own blog) is to create a category on my blog called "Clarion".  Any blog posts that I write that have anything to do with Clarion simply get categorized under "Clarion" (using Wordpress), and then that particular RSS feed is sent to Clarion Desktop.
