Clarion Desktop 4.09 is available for download!

I've created a new section to display the latest posts from a variety of Clarion bloggers!

To kick things off, this new area will display posts from ClarionFolk, as well as Clarion-related posts from StrategyOnline.

Please feel free to submit your suggestions for additional blogs using the comments section below.

Desktop 4.09

Hi Gary,

I like all the new stuff, keep up the good work. How do you find time to do all of this? Amazing!

I can't seem to install the latest update on Desktop. It errors out as it starts with the following error: "The application has encountered an error and needs to close. Please contact the vendor of this application.  Error: 0006:0000." I have also had trouble completing the upgrade on the last FM3 upgrade where it almost completes and then finds a problem and quits. Don't remember the error on that one. Has anyone had any other problems or maybe I have a problem with my computer? Thanks.

P.S.:  Have you thought of possibly incorporating the capabilty of a newsgroup reader into the Clarion Desktop? I am really having a problem with finding a good news reader. I have tried Outlook Express and the paid version of Agent and both come up short and are combersome to use for me. I think that it would be a very useful option from the Desktop to read and respond to Newsgroup messages. Just a thought. Thanks again.

Hi Guys,

I'll be releasing a new version of Clarion Desktop tomorrow, please could you let me know if you have any problems with that installer..

Regarding the newsgroup idea..  I agree this would be a killer feature to add to Clarion Desktop.  I've made a note to look into this..  I recently added newsgroup reader capabilities into my Organize365 product, so most of the code is already done.  I'd just need to move it over to Clarion Desktop as well.  Hmmmm....
